It's simple. To improve PvP, there are less secret server but with higher protection. Each new server that is opened by the mega-corps has +0.5 protection to the version. The 1.1 server would be a 3'rd tier server.

Well that sucks. The 1.1 is now a .25 but the .6 at least is still hangin out.
Somebody must've downloaded the 1.1 though, because it's still on the software listing.
