Estimate research

There is a new button called "Estimate Research" in the Research room.

This will estimate your software end version, size, resource usage when the tasks are complete.
The end version you get may differ a bit if you are using several tasks at once, so I added a note about that.
But all in all it's pretty accurate.

The javascript code was written by Triadian and sent to me for review, many thanks for his help.
