Robber Barron:
For those of you wondering how big of Robber Barron to create for 5000 AP.
68 hours of research creates a .5046 Robber Barron.
After installation it will leave you with ~130 AP remaining.

to be honest....having a gold account doesn't mean a d**n thing in regards to Baron Virii. If you do alot of missions and gain AP you can work on installing any version of Baron you want.....the only difference is that a non-gold account can install up to 15(good luck with that) and a gold account can do 30(yeah good luck with that also).

im no longer gold, havent been for about 2 or 3 months but i have a
v 2.0 robber baron installed.. members dont mean anything with
the AP now

You, sir, speak lies and slander. Golds can install 30 total Barons, twice as many as non-gold, but we can only install one per server. We have two new software types: Robber Baron Virus Robber Baron Anti-Virus The software has been discussed here: http://www.hacker-project.com/forum/index.php?topic=1535.0Robber Baron Virus specs: - Can only install one software of this type on a single server- version 0.1 collects about 1200 HPD per hour, 20x times more then the File Share - resources to run are 30X more then the File Share - 2.5% of the collected income is converted into negative standing for the faction selected in "Software" page under "Virii Settings" -> To switch target faction in "Software" -> Virii Settings -> Target faction: new faction -> Change Setttings then Collect - Gold accounts can hold up to 30 installed virii of this type. Regular accounts can hold up to 15 installed. I'm not sure if we want this before R3 or in R3. Don't want to prolong R2 more then necessary... So the True Light Repository has not been updated with the new software yet, but everything else is in place. |

Same way every other HPD collection virii does. You get standing for the version number you possess plus standing for the cash in your pocket. |
