I could be wrong but seems like rank doesnt update unless the ppl come online, just something i noticed tonight, but not 100% sure, as i just know some ppl should have dropped in power by now and havent

It updates every hour. That is why it says "Ranks and power are updated every hour."

then why'd i have wait 6 hours for u power to drop glitch, The Second u logged in it updated. been playing a while glitch i know when the ranks update, down to the min,
