I went in to delete a file, and I could not do so. It was a v.5 file. Did that make a difference? Do I need a higher Password Breaker to delete a file?

if you already have admin access, then

no password break is needed
if your trying to get admin access then

you need a higher password break if your firewall bypass did its job

if it's a virus and it's active then the short answer is
Quote
yes
but if it is doing something like if its a hider and it's hiding a file then you can either kill the task or wait for it to finish
