I would like to know what use has the research of the virus breaker... I upgraded it and I didn't see any difference... I expected it would descend the time it would take to capture virus, but I haven't seen any change...

Virus Breaker

You can capture any version of virus using virus breaker.
However, if the version of your virus breaker is less than the target virus, then the capture process will take longer.

For efficient capturing and to avoid time penalty, ensure that the level of your virus breaker is bigger than the target virus.

Virus Breaker is an inefficient use of AP.  The AP to Time Ratio which directly effects HPD Income is greater than installing a virii of your own.
