Well, if you leaned the basics of the missions, you may want to check out a few secret servers. Click on "IP Database" and then click on "Secret". You should now crack those secret servers and get their missions. From there on, you're on your own and can deactivate Lisa and move on to install virii and complete the tons of new missions you will find in the secret servers.
You can choose to be an infecter installing virii and making HPD, or you can choose to make disinfect missions. If you see any good files on the secret servers you should grab them, upgrade your hardware and run them and move on to research and then maybe join the fight to defend or install Revelations
