Hi
I have some suggestions.I dont know if someone already suggested them but Ill leave them here anyway

Copy file option
If you want to have 6 virii to install on your gateway but you only have 1 there could be a copy file option so that you could have the 6 files and you wouldnt need to download them all from a server.

DVDs,CDs,PEN Drives and External Hard Drives
If you want to save your important software out of the gateway in a safe place you could buy one of these to save it.It would be good if you wanted to format your HDD.Copying operations with these wouldnt use bandwidth and would be faster.

Compilers
So you have some files that you arent using but you dont want to delete them?Use a compiler to join them all in one file and reduce their size. You would need a decompiler to retrieve the files.

IP Database Cracker
You could use a password cracker to delete a password from the other player's IP database or download targets.

Hehe ... well, let's say you are new to the game ... Let me enlighten you:

copy file option - you already can do that. you can copy any file if:
- you bounce from your server directly to your server and download/upload
- you don't connect, but just select a file you want to copy (you check it) and from pulldown menu select DOWNLOAD

dvd, cd .... - you already have that, it's called Golden FTP server and it is available to any paying member (if you purchase Gold account) 1

compilers - hm, you mean compressors ala ZIP or RAR? Perhaps, but with the price of HDD - would it really be useful? It's easier to buy more HDD 1

IP database cracker - that was already suggested and it is between of huge pile of other suggestions 1 It is said that it will perhaps be implemented when factions are created ...

So - good ideas, but more or less already done 1

yeah that  works half as much as downloading from somewhere else it takes up 2x bandwith and you have to wait we want instant copy this file and then have 2  without having to wait an hour or 2

You want instant copy for files?  Suck it up.  Although I do think that having a copy method that allows newer players a little more leeway (since they don't usually have a good bandwidth) to copy files, and would also be useful for on farms (can multiply the fileshares while keeping your bw full, although I guess farms are going away so it doesn't matter anyway).

Have it take a certain amount of CPU, or maybe you can choose how much CPU you want on it and the copy time is equivalent to 1/100 of that much bandwidth (500 CPU used = time of 5 bw used, 1000 CPU = 10 bw time) as that is equivalent price-wise.  Or you could have it use all available CPU with that conversion factor, or have a setup like you do for manage transfers where you set amounts to each...

But not instant.
