There needs to be a unmodify button so that people don't reedit it so that no matter what software that person has he won't know what it is.

I think you mean logs so thats what Ill reply to:
When you edit a log you will instantly be directed to a page containing the unmodified log. If not you have encountered a bug and should post this in the bug section.

what is this?
tanis, you can recover a log using the recover button.
Modifying the log allows you to change the log to w/e you want.
deleting the log deletes the entry, entirely.

delete is the same as modefy exept it clears what is there, and than saves rather than just saving....

I think he wants a thing to be untraced -> You click it and nobody can recover the log.
