Since the only way to end an overload currently is to kill the program and restart it, this causes an annoying overload bug.

If you are trying to overload step by step you will reach a point where you end up flipping between 2 different overload levels as it does not take into account the software is already overloaded properly.

Example
Lets say you have a firewall bypass V20
You can overload it a max of X11
You try overloading it by X6
Your overload options are now X1 - X5
You choose X5 and you end up with a lower version
Now your options are X1-X6
You choose X6 and it gives you the X1-X5 options again.

You can go back and forth as long as you like like this since X1 doesn't reset you to the starting level and instead keeps either the X5 or X6 level depending on which one you did last.

Same, I've always just dropped to x1 to reset it... might test it later to make sure though...

if I cannot overload more, I just add more cpu/ram and make sure that I can always do at least the full x25.... but when that does not work, I have also had to go down to 1, wich gets really annoying, if their protect is at x10, and I start from x5, but can only go up to x11, than I have to go back to 1 every time I go up by 1...
