the process to change passwords shud be ether made so other people can stop them or so you can only have a fue. it takes all the fun out of pvp if thay just fill up the comp with pass changes and you cant do enything on it.

you cant do that becuse thay fill up there gateway with pass changes that can't be killed or finished by you. so you cant do enything

You don't need CPU on their gateway to delete, hide, or encrypt their stuff. Additionally, password changes do not eat up BW so you can still steal their stuff and upload then hide virii. Plus, if they're eating up their resources with password changes, they can't IP change because they've taken up all their resources for multiple password changes. If they're password changing instead of IP changing then they don't have the HPD to IP change so you can wait them out.
