You wont learn anything by being coddled. I had to take my licks just like everyone else,and protecting people limits those that arent protected. Instead of coming up with ideas to make it easier,come up with ideas to make it better.

Currently the starting servers are fine, new players should start out with little and work their way up.
As the round progresses, the starting servers or the starting budget could be adjusted too, so that players who join in late get some minor compensation for the time they have missed.
