I don't see why we couldn't be allowed to accept missions against our own factions. It should come with severe penalties to one's standing if one completes them, however, rather than just "oh, you can't take that mission."
What do you all think?

I agree ... same goes for PvP missions against group members.
Let the player decide for himself what to do
