Group servers price starts from 500k HPD

In this new round, we are trying to promote groups and group server specialization.

The group server cost is decreased to the default of 500k HPD for first server, 1 mil HPD for second, 2 mil HPD for 3rd, 4 mil HPD 4'th, etc.

This will enable some groups to set up more group servers for their members, specializing in different areas, example one for proxy, one for HPD transfers with virii, one for software repository, etc.

Can you please make it so that anyone that has automatic admin access to the groups' server does not lose connection to their viruses when the group server changes ip?
