not really. he's upgraded cpu more than anything, not overly much on teh bandwidth side if any as far as i see.

Yeah they still need a HDD and Ram upgrade for all that new higher version software as well.

Yeah this should balance Adware vs. Spyware hopefully... You can install higher spyware now to match the adware level.
