Just wondering, electicity bill sounded someway cool. So, you could also break into electric companys servers and change the amount of the bill...  12

At least that would give us high ups something to do besides seeing this game become more and more non-hacker minded.

Yeah personally I liked the PSU suggestion but never got my input in there.

Or maybe I did and said something spiteful, I don't remember.

Or like in uplink, mission to break in governments system and change data from some people, like put a capture request or something like that.

I'd like to see something where you could modify Data.

We shall definitely have something regarding data modification / manipulation.

Like imagine, breaking into a secret server and shutting it down for a while for a reward  laugh

I've just barely scratched the surface on what missions types can be 1

Just dont make to complicated missions and base the rewards on the difficulty of completing the mission.

I disagree; I think you should make complex, hard to follow missions and scale the rewards up. Sort of like when they introduced LANs to Uplink, y'know?

Complicated in that they could mix up different kind of sides of this game and expose more bugs.

I totally agree with Arthur. Every mission should be so simple that a monkey could do it. That way, I can hire a monkey to do them for me!

Lets put this simple enough for even a monkey;
Missions can be everything from just kill a process at a known IP without protection to something that even the top ten should have big problems with. But they should not be complicated as having many aspects of the game involved in it because it will totally mess up the game which will lead to bugs like; file deleted but no reward because the game thinks its not deleted and other bugs like that.

Don't you think that should be left up to siremi? If people wanted games without bugs and never implemented anything in a game that could cause complications, we wouldn't even have the original PONG to play. This game is not only immensely simple, but there really isn't much to do (especially with all the limitations being imposed). Personally, I think the more aspects of the game that can be combined, the better.

I'd even love to see stuff like other "hackers" (npc servers) that request software at a certain version, etc. Once the upload is finished, the IP goes away so people can't steal it. And, as Emi said, doing DDoS attacks on pub/secret serves (or even other players!) would be awesome.

Nothing of what you mentioned is what I call "too complicated", but youre right in one matter; It is Sir Emi who choses how this game will develope.
