Can only be run on gateway, and can only be used on viruses on localhost. That would be good. |

okay, here's a suggestion on the matter for balance
1: it's encrypted to all but user
2: takes time, and maybe bandwidth?
3: is downgraded by 0.1 each time it's taken over (cept basic)
God .1? <.< yes, it's supposed to make a dent, and it only starts at 0.2, and makes that a basic, so for the most part it doesn't matter, but it'll still leave a dent in the big boys's toys - can only be run from the gateway computer, for local capture or remote capture
like encryption and hiding right? |

Out of curiosity,would you be able to attempt to capture something that couldnt fit on your gateway? And what about Spyware and collection-If a person captured a spyware of equal version with another of the same version running on the same gate,would the capture take precedence in collection over the other one?

I think some have misunderstood this software type.  - the Virus Breaker does NOT give you the virus file. It gives you the installed virus control. - you do NOT acquire the un-installed version on your gateway. - you only acquire control of the installed virus for future profits. No profit is gained when capturing the virus, the profits come in later from the collection of the captured virus. - any missions on the captured virus are still active and others may still hunt and disinfect it. - once again, you do not capture the un-installed version on your gateway! |

Ok let me see if I understand this correctly. During the capture process the original owner and the one capturing do not get any HPD from the virus in question? Will there be anything to make it more difficult? Will the time to "capture" be like password cracking where the higher the version the longer it takes? Will the "capture software" need to be of equal or higher level to capture? Will the original owner get any bonus to "capture time" so if they are not online when the capture happens they can take it back at a decreased amount of time? |

1.- It warns the original virus owner when other tries to get the control
2.- Minimun time for taking control over a virus on a non-owned gatewat: 24h
3.- A huge decrease time for localhost viruses

thats insane, and makes it impossible to get someone who is still playing the game, so pvp is gone with it
