Idea is simple, anyone making up a banner and posts it on the forums in a specific thread he or she gets a reward (possibly gold or extra HPD/AP) if Emi uses it to advertise HP.
I suggest this for several things;
1. Could be nice to watch the banners.
2. The current advertisment banner is cool but gives a wrong pic of HP.
3. Emi have to be more active on the forums.
4. The players would actually do some of the work that Emi may have to do or pay anyone else to do.

Yeah the Star Trek emblem in the top left of the screen just doesn't work for HP IMO. Or at least it looks like a Star Trek emblem to me ;)

Oh yes, its from Star Trek. How could I miss it? Well I didnt at first but I forgot what it was which isnt good either.
I shouldnt have missed it because Im in a Star Trek based guild in AE with several relations to other Star Trek based guilds.
